Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase. If it has been longer than 7 days since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item marked as FINAL SALE
- Any frame that is custom or prescription
- Damaged or used condition
- Gift cards
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Only frames which are deemed manufacturers defect can be exchanged. We will not exchange or return damaged items.
